Our background
Tony & Venus founded their first company, Martin & Co Lettings and Sales, in January 2001 and remain as the acting directors to this day, steering the company to consistent success for over 20 years. The business has seen steady year on year growth, culminating in over 700 properties currently under full management.
Since then, they have worked as a team to expand their business portfolio with additional ventures that service other areas of the property industry. This has provided the opportunity to develop the experience and tools in their repertoire, earning them recognition in the industry and establishing their reputation as property experts.

As well as managing Martin & co Lettings and Sales, Tony and Venus also are directors of Connect Mortgages Southend, Lindberg Block Management and Essex Property Buyer. Each business operates as a separate entity, providing an expansive suite of services to customers in the property industry. They have also built up their own portfolio of property investments.
Martin & Co Lettings and Sales
The growth of Martin & Co Lettings and Sales has seen the purchase of 5 local estate agents, successfully integrating them under the Martin & Co umbrella. The business has formed and sustained long-lasting, strategic relationships with clients for several years. By managing team productivity, costs and budgets, the business has increased efficiency, effectiveness and profitability. Tony and Venus have spent much of their time building and training high performing, autonomous teams who have consistently exceeded targets, driving revenue and market expansion.
Connect Mortgages Southend
Connect Mortgages Southend was started to provide services to our database of clients that we have built up over 20 years. As a qualified mortgage broker, Tony and the team is able to provide expert advice and act as a knowledgable middle-man between lenders and borrowers. The services offered to customers are focused on mortgages, general insurance and life cover.
Lindberg Block Management
Lindberg Block Management is a property management company that specialises in providing services for apartment buildings and blocks of flats.
These services include but are not limited to; the maintenance and security of communal areas, budgeting, accounting, waste disposal & health and safety.
